PoolDose does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data — with us, with advertisers, or with anyone else. Every calculation runs on your device. Anything the app saves stays in a file on your device and is never sent anywhere. There is no account, no analytics, and no network connection of any kind.

There is nothing here to opt out of, because there is no collection to begin with.
PoolDose saves the inputs it needs to keep working the way you'd expect a calculator to — pool/spa profiles, product settings, a reading and dose log, and your unit and display preferences. This is written as plain files in the app's own private storage area on your device (technically, JSON files under Application Support), the same way any offline app keeps its working data.
That data never leaves your device on its own. We — Truck and Toolbox — have no way to see it, back it up, or receive a copy of it. Deleting the app deletes it, permanently, along with everything else in that storage area.
PoolDose makes no network connections. There is no server behind it, no telemetry call, no update check, no remote configuration — nothing to connect to even if you wanted to inspect the traffic. It works the same with your device in airplane mode as it does anywhere else.
PoolDose lets you export your reading log as a CSV file using iOS's own share sheet. That action is entirely yours: you choose whether to export at all, and you choose the destination — an email, a Files folder, a Message, AirDrop, whatever the share sheet offers. Nothing is exported or transmitted automatically, and Truck and Toolbox never receives a copy.
None are used. No advertising network, no analytics provider, no cloud backend, no third-party SDK of any kind is built into PoolDose.
PoolDose is a trade-reference calculator aimed at residential pool and spa owners and small service techs, not at children — but the point is moot either way: since no personal data is collected from anyone who uses the app, none is collected from children specifically, regardless of age.
If this policy ever changes, we'll update the effective date in the title block above and post the revised version at this same address. Because PoolDose makes no network calls, it cannot notify you of a change automatically — check back here, or the Settings screen's privacy link in the app, if you want to see the current version.
