DuctCalc does not automatically collect personal data or send calculation data to Truck and Toolbox. Calculations run on your device, and history and settings are stored locally. You can choose to share a result, send us an email, open this policy, or visit the App Store; those actions open an Apple system service or a destination you select. There is no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or automatic data upload.

There is no in-app data-collection setting because the app does not collect or upload data automatically. You control the optional sharing and support-email actions described below.
DuctCalc saves calculation history and your unit, sizing, display, and haptic preferences in the app's private storage on your device. History is stored as JSON under Application Support; some preferences use Apple's UserDefaults.
DuctCalc does not upload that data to Truck and Toolbox, and we cannot view or recover it. Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, the operating system may include app data in a device or iCloud backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by DuctCalc or Truck and Toolbox.
Deleting the app removes its active local data from that device. Copies may remain in a device backup, an iCloud backup, or a destination to which you previously chose to share a result, subject to the controls and retention practices of that service.
DuctCalc's calculators, history, and settings do not require a server or internet connection. The app has no telemetry, advertising, analytics, remote configuration, or application-owned network client. When you choose Privacy Policy, Send Feedback, or Rate DuctCalc, iOS opens the corresponding web, email, or App Store destination. Those optional destinations require connectivity and operate under their own policies.
Size and Check results, including saved history entries, can be shared as text through Apple's standard share sheet. Sharing happens only after you tap Share and choose a destination. DuctCalc does not choose the destination or transmit the result automatically. The selected app or service handles the shared text under its own privacy policy.
Send Feedback opens an email addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the message. If you contact us, we receive the address, message, and other information you include and use it to respond and provide support. Rate DuctCalc opens the app's App Store page, and Privacy Policy opens this webpage.
DuctCalc includes no advertising network, analytics provider, crash-reporting service, tracking service, or cloud backend. It uses Apple system features for sharing, email, web links, App Store rating, local storage, and any device backups you enable. A destination you choose from the share sheet is a separate app or service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
DuctCalc is a trade-reference calculator aimed at HVAC installers, sheet-metal workers, and residential designers, not at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent personal information in a support email, contact us so we can delete it.
If this policy ever changes, we'll update the effective date in the title block above and post the revised version at this same address. DuctCalc does not retrieve policy changes automatically. Check this URL or use the Privacy Policy link in Settings to view the current version.
