Cosmic Quarry Privacy Policy

Cosmic Quarry is designed to be a private, offline game. The app does not collect personal data, track you, or send gameplay data to Truck & Toolbox.

Scope

This policy applies to the Cosmic Quarry iPhone application published by Truck & Toolbox LLC. It does not govern Apple’s App Store, device backup, email, or other services operated by third parties.

Data collection

Cosmic Quarry does not collect personal information or transmit app data to Truck & Toolbox. The app does not use advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs, and it does not create user accounts.

Data stored on your device

The app saves gameplay progress and preferences locally on your iPhone so your game can continue between launches. This may include ore and progression, upgrades and miners, unlocked content and collections, gameplay statistics, timers, and audio preferences.

Truck & Toolbox cannot access this local save data. Apple may include app data in device backups depending on your device and Apple account settings; that processing is governed by Apple’s policies.

Permissions and network access

Cosmic Quarry does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, health data, or other protected device information. The app does not require a network connection for gameplay. It uses Apple system frameworks for interface, graphics, audio, haptics, and elapsed-time calculations.

Third-party content

The app includes licensed visual and audio assets packaged with the application. These assets are content, not third-party software services, and they do not collect or transmit data.

Children’s privacy

Cosmic Quarry is not directed to children under 13 and is not submitted under Apple’s Made for Kids category. Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

When you contact support

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain necessary support records. This information is supplied through your email provider, not collected by Cosmic Quarry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published. If a future app version introduces data collection, the App Store privacy disclosures and this policy will be updated before release.
